We spent two nights here and loved having a little kitchen in our room for breakfast. With a cozy lounge and rooftop terrace, it was easy to unwind after a busy day exploring. The only hiccup was during rush hour when the elevator got packed, but we just took the stairs for some extra exercise! 😊

We enjoyed our week-long stay. The Queen Studio Suite was spacious for our family. Just be aware of elevator rush hours in the morning. we sometimes found ourselves waiting. If it’s busy, consider taking the stairs down for a little exercise! Overall, it was a great experience!

The transparent bedroom curtain offers no privacy with street lights shining through, and the ill-fitting window blind does little to help. Mornings can be a drag, as the wait for an elevator can stretch up to 15 minutes. The breakfast area often sees dirty tables and stressful waits, with packed crowds and slow service for clearing and restocking food. Though the rooms are clean, I noticed some leftover debris under the fridge and kitchen cabinet, which is a bit off-putting.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Times Square and close to several attractions. The room was clean and modern, which made coming back after a long day quite comfortable. However, the breakfast selection could use some improvement, as it felt limited and the seating area was crowded at times.

The Queen Studio Suite had a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. Shower and other areas were super clean. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. Loved the 24 hr coffee for warming up after being out in the cold. Staff was helpful, especially Michaela at registration. Fitness center was a plus!
